Church Softball
Team Forming!
We are in the
process of forming a Co-ed Church Softball team to play over the coming
autumn. Rosters need to be in by mid-August,
so if you’re interested please contact Cara Garretson at 301-527-8587 or

(PS – We’ll
also be forming a co-ed volleyball team to begin play after the first of the
year!)
TUBING ON THE
SHENANDOAH!
Junior & Senior Highs will travel to Harper’s Ferry
on Sunday, August 23rd, following worship for a day of swimming and
inner-tubing on the Shenandoah River.
We hope to return to DPC by early
afternoon.

STAINED
GLASS WINDOWS
All have surely noticed that about a third of our stained
glass windows have been removed from our Sanctuary over the summer months for
renovation. We may be getting
several of the windows back to us fully renovated and re-installed in the coming
fall! More windows will be
removed from the Sanctuary for renovation as time passes. Hopefully the entire renovation project
will be concluded in the coming year.
