This Sunday, June 12   --   Worship at 11:00 a.m. only – Dr. McNeilly will be in the pulpit, and we will celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism.

The Pancake Breakfast will be held this Sunday morning, June 12, from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.  All are invited to attend and, if you've not already purchased tickets, they will be sold at the door.  All funds raised will go to support the Summer Mission Trip.

We will dedicate our newly renovated Church Nursery this Sunday!  Join us at 10:40 a.m. in the Nursery.  Thanks to all who worked so very hard to make this renovation happen! 

The Outreach & Worship Committees will meet together in the Parlor following the 11:00 a.m. worship service.

There will be a Volunteers' Meeting for all who will serve at VBS downstairs in the Social Hall immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service.

June 19 – 9:30 a.m. only  (This will remain our worship hour through the summer months.)

Good News!

We had a great crowd at the Teddy Bear Picnic last Sunday!  Over 40 teddy bears were collected and passed on to the police/fire departments of Montgomery County.  Thanks to our DPW and all who made this day of fellowship and ministry possible!

Already Announced and Upcoming!

Mid-Week Bible Study for all is held on the second & fourth Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Church Parlor.  Next class is June 23.  Locate study materials on the church website or in the Church office.

Wacky Tie Contest – Join us on Father’s Day, June 19 for a special Coffee Hour and the Annual Wacky Tie Contest – so Men, remember to wear a wacky tie!

VBS will be held this year on July 11 – 15, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Registration is underway! Questions, or interested in helping out with VBS this year? Contact Cara Garretson, cgarretson@starpower.net.

Our 2011 Summer Mission Trip will take place from July 31 through August 7.  We'll journey to and be hosted by First Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach, VA.  Please mark the dates and be in touch with Rev. Tamara Leonard Lara for more details or to sign up. We have a couple of open slots and could really use adult volunteers over 25. See the attachment.
